Mushroom Soup
The mushrooms are blended to enhance a stronger mushroom aroma. The soup is rather thick, making it more like a puree instead. However, the rich mushroom taste is still awesome imo!
Coarse Pork Sausage Rösti
As people who dine at Marché before knows, they are famous for their signature dish, Rösti! It’s a potato shreds dish that kind of resembles pasta. After a number of spoons, I actually feel quite full already! Didn’t get to finish it. Nevertheless, it’s pretty unqiue and yummy. Maybe it’s just the proportion, it’s quite a satisfying plate for filling the appetites, imo. The potato shreds are crispy at the top and bottom, and soft in the middle.
For the coarse pork sausage, the sausage has a coarse texture due to the mince meat fillings. It’s rather dry, however.
Smoked salmon Rösti
SALMON SALMON SALMON SALMON, who can resist salmon?! The slices of salmon given are of good proportion! Many slices! HEAVENLY. The spices give it a salty taste that’s just right.
Both of the dishes come with lemons, I have no idea why. To enhance the dish maybe? Anyway it doesn’t taste much difference to me anyway. Also, sour cream and scallions provided at the side. Did not mix it with the dish though, don’t really like sour cream!
